FAQ
Uniforms: Uniforms are ordered, then bulk processed at the end of the uniform store window. Stores are typically open for about two weeks, then everything is produced. The production timeline could be another 3-4 weeks, plus sorting packing and shipping to you. So, uniforms can take anywhere from about 3-4 weeks up to about 6-8 weeks depending on the variables involved. Uniform stores are planned well out in front of the season to allow for plenty of time for delivery. Uniforms can be rushed, but those orders generally carry extra costs.
Apparel: Apparel sold alongside uniforms typically are on the same delivery schedule to consolidate shipments. However, if it is an independent apparel purchase, that purchase should deliver within a 2-3 weeks.
Bats: Custom wood bats generally deliver within 2-3 weeks from the order date. It takes about 10-14 days to go through the production process, then anywhere from 1-5 days to ship within the contiguous United States.
Gloves: Custom gloves are generally about a 6-week turnaround time, but there is some season fluctuation to those timelines.
